Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items are in good condition, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Please note that we do not accept returns on Final Sale items, personalized or embroidered products, gift cards, or items specified as non-returnable in the description. A $7.99 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from all returns.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Product bags are NOT accepted as shipping bags, as they do not adequately protect the product through the shipping process.
Customers who choose to keep the items deemed non-refundable for the above reasons, even after shipping the products to us, are responsible for the cost of getting the item(s) shipped back.

To submit a return request:
- Log into your account.
- In the "email" field, enter your email address and then click "continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return/exchange for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return/exchange.
- Select a return/exchange reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund or new order if it's an exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
The Modern Med Scrubs Promise
We guarantee all of our merchandise will be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund or exchange.
In the event of such defect outside of our control we will cover the expense of making a claim under our guarantee by offering you pre-paid shipping for any returns under this guarantee. To return an item under our guarantee, please contact us providing an explanation and pictures detailing what the defect is. Once your items are returned, you will receive notification of your refund or new order.
*Returns under our guarantee must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them and made within 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
