Frequently Asked Questions

All U.S. customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label, while international shipping is being developed. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.

For any return or exchange, all products must:

  • Be new, unworn, and unwashed. No make-up, deodorant, or other stains.
  • Have original tags attached. Removing tags indicate the product(s) have been worn/washed.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Product bags are NOT accepted as shipping bags, as they do not adequately protect the product through the shipping process.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale and custom-made items, gift cards, or items that are specified as non-returnable in the description. 

Customers who choose to keep the items deemed non-refundable for the above reasons, even after shipping the products to us, are responsible for the cost of getting the item(s) shipped back.

To submit a return request:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return/exchange for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return/exchange.
  4. Select a return/exchange reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "submit request". 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.  After the product is returned, you will receive a refund or new order if it's an exchange. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days to get back to you.

Returns may take up to 5 business days plus 3-4 days for processing. Once we have your items checked, we will send the refund or exchange items your way.

We process our orders quickly. If you email us at info@modernmedscrubs.com within an hour after you placed the order for item adjustments or address changes, we will do our best to make any changes. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Yes! We offer Modern Med Scrubs digital gift cards in many denominations. Digital gift cards will be emailed to you and then you can send it to the recipient.

Digital gift cards are final sale and not refundable.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

We only ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times usually range from 1-7 business days.

Only 1 promotion, discount link, reward offer, or referral code may be applied per order.
