What is your return/exchange policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items are in good condition, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Please note that we do not accept returns on Final Sale items, personalized or embroidered products, gift cards, or items specified as non-returnable in the description. A $7.99 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from all returns.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Product bags are NOT accepted as shipping bags, as they do not adequately protect the product through the shipping process.

Customers who choose to keep the items deemed non-refundable for the above reasons, even after shipping the products to us, are responsible for the cost of getting the item(s) shipped back.

How long does it take to ship?

It will take approximately 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your order.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, log into your Modern Med Scrubs account, where you can view tracking details under "Account/Orders". You can also check the shipping confirmation email for a tracking link. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days, with standard shipping taking 3-7 business days, express shipping 2-5 business days, and expedited shipping 1-2 business days. Please note delays may occur during high-volume periods.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, we begin processing it right away to ensure quick delivery. As a result, we only have a 30-minute window to make any changes. After this time, we’re unable to edit or cancel the order.

For personalization or embroidery, please review your instructions carefully before submitting your order, including any spelling, as we are unable to make changes once the order is placed. Embroidered items are also final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
